How to make a return

You have 5 days from receipt of the package to make the return.
Only intact and unused items will be accepted.
The refund is activated as quickly as possible and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the goods are received at the returned warehouse, after checking the returned products.
The refund is issued on the payment method used for the purchase.
The return must be made through the same shipper who made the delivery (DHL or BARTOLINI), using the same integral receipt package with the words “to be paid by the recipient”.
When the refund is made, the Seller will withhold from the same a fixed rate equal to the shipping costs incurred for the return of the item.
For international shipments, not only the transport costs but also the customs charges incurred for the return of the goods to Italy will be deducted from the refund amount.
